The Gesha Hybrid is a new and exciting addition to Mikava’s Innovation Series of experimental, championship-level coffees. This unique coffee has already earned recognition, joining Mikava’s lineup of award-winning offerings. Jordan Tachnakian of Terres de Café in France used the Gesha Hybrid to secure 1st place at the 2024 World Cezve/Ibrik Championship. This coffee undergoes Mikava’s Double Phase Washed Carbonic Maceration process, an innovative washed coffee method developed in-house. The result is an exquisite cup with sweet, balanced floral notes, a pleasant body, and a smooth texture.
