Mi Finquita is a coffee initiative established by Tessie and Ratibor Hartmann, two experienced coffee professionals and producers. Ratibor, who hails from the family-run Finca Hartmann, has coffee coursing through his veins. In response to the growing demand for specialty coffee and the need for specially produced coffee lots, they created the Mi Finquita project. Leveraging their connections with other coffee producers and small farms and their coffee production and processing expertise, Ratibor and Tessie cultivate and process coffee from a select group of farms. These are then marketed under the "Mi Finquita" brand - which translates to "My Small Farm."
