The Campo Hermoso Farm project operates in regions renowned for producing top-quality coffee beans. The farm works closely with trained and skilled partner farms and producers to collect the harvest, initiating an initial fermentation phase before sending the finest coffee cherries to their central processing facility.The cherries, carefully selected from both their own farms and allied producers, undergo a controlled fermentation process lasting between 24 to 96 hours, depending on the variety and desired flavor profile. Campo Hermoso Farm is a pioneer in the use of the "mosto" technique, which involves incorporating 100% natural materials, such as hops (from the beer industry), commercial yeast (from the wine industry), dehydrated organic fruits, and organic aromatic plants. This innovative method not only ensures exceptional coffee quality but also results in a beverage with nutraceutical properties.
