Paul Doyle and his son Kevin, both coffee and wine connoisseurs, were inspired by a trip to Marsella, Risaralda, Colombia, where they purchased a 14-acre farm. Their goal is to produce complex and flavorful coffee, handpicking only the top 1% of cherries from high-quality varieties like Bourbon, Typica, Ethiopian Heirlooms, Dwarf Gesha, and Sudan Rume.
